The Products of our Farm

Surrounded by pine woods our Farm extends for about 160 hectares.
The vines have been planted on a 20 hectares site in the sun.
Thanks to the work of our farmers, the vines are carefully selected and the quality of our grape production is extremely good.
Very modern techniques are used for the wine-making and for the fermentation of the must at a controlled temperature.


The result is the precious
White Wine Montecarlo Bianco D.O.C. and Red Wine Montecarlo Rosso D.O.C. Tenute di Badia,
a source of great pride for our Farm.
The old wine methods of our lands and the modern technologies are combined together in our wine products. Under the name of D.O.C., that is Controlled Denomination of Origin, the Quality, the Taste and All the Characteristics of our Wines are guaranteed.
Vino Montecarlo Bianco DOC MONTECARLO BIANCO DOC

GRAPES as per D.O.C. regulation: trebbiano toscano 40%, sauvignon 12%, pinot bianco 10%, chardonnay 15%, vermentino 12%, roussanne 11%.
FERMENTATION: under controlled temperature.
BEST BEFORE: it maintains top quality up to 3 years; in special years up to 5.
ORGANOLEPTIC FEATURES: fair colour, typical bouquet, fruity delicate taste.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 10 to 12 °C

Vino Montecarlo Rosso DOC MONTECARLO ROSSO DOC

GRAPES as per D.O.C. regulation: sangiovese 70%, cannaiolo 15%, malvasia nera 5%, cabernet-sauvignon 5%, merlot 5%.
FERMENTATION: under controlled temperature.
BEST BEFORE:it maintains top quality and best structure up to 5 years; it may reach 9 years in special years.
ORGANOLEPTIC FEATURES: light ruby colour, soft taste, light bouquet, reef fruit accents.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: ambient temperature.

Vino Chardonnay IGT CHARDONNAY IGT

GRAPES: chardonnay 85%, pinot bianco and vermentino reach together 15%
FERMENTATION: under controlled temperature.
ORGANOLEPTIC FEATURES: light colour, fruity bouquet, fresh and aromatic taste.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 10 to 12 °C

Vino Gioioso della Badia IGT GIOIOSO della BADIA IGT

SPARKLING WHITE WINE
GRAPES: trebbiano toscano 40%, sauvignon 12%, pinot bianco 10%, chardonnay 15%, vermentino 12%, roussanne 11%.
From the fresh and aromatic grapes of our farm we produce this sparkling wine through a slow natural fermentation: a fruity bouquet wine expecially apt to appetizers, starters and light modern cuisine specialities.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 10 to 12 °C

Vino Il Santo della Badia IL SANTO della BADIA

Traditional Tuscan wine, by soft and warm structure, with light bouquet of almond, honey and fruit.
It maintains the original quality several years long.
Alcoholic content: 16 %
Grappa di Vinaccia GRAPPA di VINACCIA

VINACCE from our best grapes: trebbiano, chardonnay, vermentino.
ORGANOLEPTIC FEATURES: white colour, light and fruity bouquet, soft and warm taste.
Alcoholic content: 42 %
Olio Extravergine d'Oliva OLIO EXTRAVERGINE d'OLIVA

Traditionally Tuscan olive oil, by "cold" squeezing of handpicked olives.
The best and healtiest dressing for any vegetable, salad or fish speciality.
