How do I pay for my order?

Three payment options will appear on the Checkout Page, before completing your order:
Bankwire transfer. We will send you an “Order ID” and our Bank’s account data to proceed. The products will be shipped once the total amount of the order will be transferred to our account.
PayPal\Credit Card. Pay with your PayPal Account or with Credit Card via PayPal.
Credit Card via Stripe. Pay with your Credit or Debit Card.

Why is my credit card being rejected?

There are many possible reasons for a Credit Card not being accepted:
– Our Store does not handle your Credit Card
– The card is expired.
– You have reached or exceeded your credit limit.
– You have exceeded your daily charge limit.
– A computer at either end of the transaction is having technical problems.
If you have problems submitting your credit card payment you can contact us for help on the form below. In that case, we may need to know about the error message numbers you received, as well as the reference number seen in the shopping cart.

How will the charge show up on my Credit Card?

The charge will appear as WC – Tenute di Badia

I have a promo, discount or special offer code. How do I use it?

Fill your Cart with the desidered Products, then proceed to Checkout. A Promo Box will appear on top of the Page. Copy and paste o simply write your promo code and the discount will apply automatically to the total.

I’m a long-time costumer and really think I am entiteled to a discount on my next order! What do I do?

Old friends are always entitled to a special treatment! Please write us a line on the form below and rest assured that we will be back in contact with a special discount code.
