The process of placing an order is very fast and simple. First of all, choose your preferred Products and choose the Quantity for each (using the switch or just typing the number of units). Then, you need to press on ”Add to Cart”: your cart will appear on the sidebar on the left. Now press “View Cart“, verify if the products of your choice are right in quality and quantity, then “Proceed to checkout“.
A new page will open up: carefully fill every line on the ”Billing Address” form, then specify if you like to ship to a different address. At this point, the shipping price will be calculated automatically. Make sure to add a discount code if you have one, then enter your preferred method for payment. Finally, click on ”Place Order” Button. You will receive an “Order Confirmed” email message immediately after. Your order is now complete!
Nothing, besides waiting for your Products to be delivered! We will take care of the entire delivery process and make sure you are contacted by the Courier before the delivery date. Updates will follow automatically via email. In case you don’t receive any further communication about your Order within three (3) working days from the “Order Confirmed” email’s date, please write us and we will look into the matter immediately.
Yes, you may proceed to make an order and we will take care of the entire process of delivery. This includes creating and providing documents for importation, custom clearance and transport, if necessary to deliver our products in your Country.
If your Country is not present on our checkout Form, it’s because we are currently not able to ship our products there. In that case, please take a moment to contact us anyway, as the list might not be perfectly up to date.
