Modifying, Cancelling or Returning an Order

How do I modify my order?

Once the order is placed, it is not possible to modify neither its content nor the payment information.
It is possible however to change the delivery address, via email or phone, within three working days. In some cases (including but not limited to: different State or Regional, Remote Areas), additional costs may be applied.

Can I cancel my order?

It is possible to cancel any order within the same day (hours 23.59, Italian Local Time -GMT:+1), without any cost. To cancel an order, please write us on the Contact Form below. In case by that time you have already been charged, you will be refounded.

What is your Return Policy?

As per European Union’s Regulations in the matter of online purchases, our costumers the right to cancel or return their orders within 14 days from delivery, and receive complete refound. The customer, however, must return all the products in the same conditions in which they received them, and is responsible for return shipping costs. What shall I do if I received broken, damaged or unusable goods?

We do our best to make sure that our Products are handled with great care during the entire mailing process. However, if the box is visibly damaged upon delivery, leaking or stained, please reject the shipment and notify us. We will take care to send a replacement as soon as possibile. If you notice the damage only upon opening the box, we ask you please to notify us immediately and provide a picture of both the damaged box and goods. Please note that we may ask yout to return the damaged goods to inspect the issue before activating the replacement procedure.

I have already opened and partially consumed one or more of your Products and I didn’t find them of my liking. What do I do?

We take the greatest care in crafting, storing, handling and shipping our products, but we accept the rare possibility of a foulty bottle to appear. If you find one of our products to be not up to standard, you would do us a great favour to let us know by writing us a message on our Contact Form. Return and refound\replacement will be taken into consideration according to the case.
